Alongside designing and developing your website, we also offer support contracts to keep your website updated and running smoothly. Whilst we do carry out core updates on the server, once the site is passed over to you, it’s your responsibility to keep on top of maintaining content, functionality and more.
Support contracts are invaluable as they take this pressure off you. Although we will answer support tickets sent through with no contract in place, contracted tickets will be dealt with first and tickets outside of a contract may incur a fee. We aim to respond to these tickets within 24 business hours to ensure updates are made when you need them.
What’s included in a support contract?
Most schools have set items they need to update each month, including:
- Policies
- Newsletters
- Calendar Events
- Staff Lists
- Blogs
- Statutory Content
We’ll update this content for you as part of a contract – you just need to email it through to us and we’ll do the rest!
If your budget doesn’t allow for a support contract, we also offer weekly training sessions. These are designed to teach you about different parts of your site and how to manage them properly. Scott, our Technical Manager, runs these sessions and includes a Q&A session to ensure you’re in good stead to work on your site. Moreover, these sessions are FREE – you can sign up to each of them here.
