Who can join the Referral Programme
Any current iTCHYROBOT school client can take part.
Who can I refer?
Any school, college, or trust that is not already an iTCHYROBOT client and not currently in active discussions with us.
Can I refer more than one school for a school website?
Yes! There’s no limit. Every successful referral earns you a reward.
Can staff members refer individually, or does it have to be the school?
How do I make a referral?
Sign up to the Referral Programme, and you’ll receive your Referral Resource Pack with a referral link, sample emails, and shareable brochures. Use these to introduce us to other schools.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the referred school signs a contract for a new website with iTCHYROBOT and begins their licence.
How do you track my referrals?
Referrals must be submitted through your referral link or our online form. This ensures we can track who referred which school.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team will contact the referred school directly. If they sign up, we’ll notify you and apply your chosen reward.
What rewards are available?
You can choose between:
£5 per month for the duration of the referred school’s contract.
3 months free licence fee, OR
When will I receive my reward?
Rewards are applied once the referred school signs their contract and their service begins.
How long does the £5 monthly reward last?
You’ll continue to receive the £5 monthly reward for as long as the referred school remains an iTCHYROBOT client.
Can I change my reward option later?
No — you’ll choose your preferred reward when you sign up.
Can I earn rewards from multiple referrals?
Yes, rewards are cumulative. The more schools you refer, the more you earn.
Does it cost anything to join?
No — the programme is completely free for our clients.
Can my school join a MAT referral as well?
Yes, referrals from MATs or cluster groups are welcome. Just ensure each referral is made through the official form so it’s tracked correctly.
What if two schools refer the same contact?
The referral will be attributed to the school that first submitted the referral form.
