Professional Photography Package for Schools

Capture the essence of your school and create stunning imagery with our professional photography package. Our experienced photographer will visit your school for half a day to capture a wide range of images, showcasing your school in its best light.

What’s included in the package:

• Classroom shots of pupils engaged in learning activities.
• Candid photos in the dinner hall and around the school.
• Wide variety of images to represent your school beautifully.
• Portfolio of images suitable for marketing materials, prospectus, pull-up banners, and more.
• Valid DBS clearance for our photographer.
• Collaboration with a member of staff who knows the pupils and can provide guidance on who can and cannot be photographed (if available).
• Non-disruptive photography approach if staff collaboration is not possible due to school’s busy schedule.
• School validation of all photo packs before they can be used for promotional materials.

Local Photography Options:

• Local photography option available for schools in TS, DL, SR, and DH postcode areas. Package price from £250 (ex vat)

We will assign the closest photographer to your school location based on availability. Reasonable travel costs/expenses may be applied and these will be agreed after booking.

Nationwide Photography options:

These are delivered by our partners JS Photography and can be booked directly. Please view their school photography options on their website by clicking here 

Flexibility and Rescheduling:

• Photography packages can be purchased at any time.
• Bookings can be scheduled within a 12-month period.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as lockdowns or strikes. As long as we receive a minimum of 5 days’ notice, you can change your booking to another available slot.
• Please note that a rescheduling fee will apply if changes are requested within the 5-day window.
