Exit the A19 eastbound (signposted Redcar A174) and carry on for approximately seven miles until you reach Greystones roundabout.

Take the third exit from this roundabout (signposted A174 Redcar, Saltburn) and proceed for a further two miles to Kirkleatham roundabout and take the second exit signposted A1042.

After half a mile take the first exit from the roundabout onto Kirkleatham Business Park and take the second left exit off this road onto Corfu Way then first right into Vienna Court where the Innovation Centre is situated.
